Mazak FJV 35/120 Double Column - Travels: 118" x, 31.5" y, 23' z, with a live 4th Axis. 6000 RPM Spindle, 35 HP, Cat 50 Taper

Mazak V-515 C-Frame - Travels: 41" x, 20" y, 22" z. 6000 RPM Spindle, 20 HP, Cat 50 Taper

Mazak V-10 Bed-Type - Travels: 32" x, 18" y, 18" z, with SMW Indexer. 3125 RPM Spindle, 15 HP, Cat 40 Taper

Kitamura Mycenter 3x Bed-Type - Travels: 30" x, 18" y, 18" z, with SMW Indexer, 10000 RPM Spindle, 15 HP, Cat 40 Taper

Each center has a Renishaw probe

CNC Horizontal Milling

Cincinnati Milacron Magnum 800 Horizontal Machining Center Travels: 51" x, 45" y, 44" z, 360 Degrees B

Scales on all Axis and probing routines for part inspection and verification. (Inspection is always done in the Quality Control room)

Live 4th Axis and two 32" x 32" Pallets

6500 RPM Spindle, 50 HP, Cat 50 Taper, High pressure through spindle coolant

Equipped with a Renishaw probe
